1. Services

Tactical Vision Media provides drone imaging, media production, content creation, inspections, and consulting services. All drone operations are performed under FAA Part 107 regulations and with required flight authorizations.

TVM is not a state-licensed engineering or inspection firm, and services do not substitute for structural, engineering, or legal assessments.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project information and obtain any necessary permissions or site access

• Confirm compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Ensure filming areas are safe and provide access where needed

• Review and approve all project briefs before execution

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• TVM retains ownership of raw footage and project files

• Final media deliverables are licensed to the client for commercial use

• Clients may not modify, sell, or redistribute TVM content without permission

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

• Project dates are confirmed upon written agreement or deposit

• Late cancellations (typically less than 48 hours) may incur fees

• Weather and safety-related postponements are rescheduled without penalty

5. Limitation of Liability

TVM is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Errors caused by third parties, equipment failure, or changes in regulations

• Delays due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Drone Flight Authorization

Flight operations are subject to FAA rules and may require airspace clearance. TVM reserves the right to cancel or adjust any flight deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Copy or scrape content without permission

• Use the website for illegal or abusive purposes

• Introduce malware or interfere with functionality

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
